The package
The local business website
A lead-generation website of three to five focused pages — typically Home, Services, About, and Contact, plus a service-area or FAQ page when it earns its place.

- Designed for the phone screen first, because that's where most of your customers will see it — then refined for tablets and desktops.
- Fast, lightweight pages
- Hand-built static pages with no heavyweight page builders or plugin stacks, hosted on Cloudflare's global network.
- Clear calls to action
- Every page guides an interested visitor toward contacting you — call, email, or quote request.
- Local SEO foundations
- Descriptive page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap, clean URLs, and consistent business details that search engines can read. Solid groundwork — not a ranking guarantee, because no honest person can promise rankings.
- Accessibility-conscious build
- Readable contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, and properly structured pages, so more customers can actually use your site.
- Content shaping
- You know your trade; I help turn that knowledge into clear page copy. You review and approve every word before launch.
- Launch and handoff
- Deployment to fast hosting, a walkthrough of how everything works, and written documentation. The domain, code, and content are yours.
- Defined revisions
- Two structured revision rounds are built into the project, so feedback has a clear place and the project actually finishes.
Scope honesty
What's deliberately not included
A narrow scope is why the price is fixed and the quality is consistent. If you need these, I'll say so up front and point you in the right direction rather than improvise.
- Online stores
- Ecommerce, carts, and payment processing are out of scope.
- Booking systems & portals
- Customer accounts, login areas, and scheduling platforms need different tooling than this package provides.
- Custom web applications
- No custom backends, databases, or complex content systems.
- Logo and brand design
- I'll present your existing logo and colors well, but original brand design is a different craft.
- Ranking or lead guarantees
- I build the site right and set solid foundations. Anyone promising you a specific Google position or lead volume is guessing — or worse.
Pricing
Fixed quotes, stated plainly
Every project gets a written fixed quote before work begins. These ranges are where quotes land depending on page count and content readiness.
- Founding-client projects
- $1,200–$1,500. I'm early in building this service, and my first clients take a chance on someone newer to client work. The founding rate reflects that honestly — same process and care as the standard rate.
- Standard projects
- $1,800–$2,500 once the founding phase ends. If you hire me at the founding rate, that's your price — it won't be revised upward mid-project.
- Payment terms
- 50% deposit to schedule the project, remainder at launch. No surprise line items.
- Optional care plan
- A small monthly plan covering updates and content changes within a defined allowance, for owners who'd rather not touch the site themselves. Details and pricing provided with your quote — never required.
