About
One person, doing one thing carefully
DeMarzo Web is me — Chris DeMarzo. No sales team, no offshore handoffs, no "account managers." The person you talk to is the person who builds your site.
Why the scope is narrow
I build one thing: small, fast, lead-generation websites for local service businesses. Not apps, not online stores, not sprawling marketing platforms. Keeping the scope narrow is what makes it possible to offer a fixed price, a predictable schedule, and a consistent standard of work — and to keep getting better at exactly the thing you're paying for.
How I work
- Everything in writing. Scope, price, schedule, and what happens after launch are agreed before work starts.
- Evidence over claims. I don't decorate this site with invented praise or client counts. What I show you — like the Run PSL build — is real and publicly verifiable.
- You own your site. Domain, code, and content stay in your hands. My job is to make myself unnecessary, not indispensable.
- Plain communication. You'll get direct answers in normal language, including "no" when something isn't worth your money.
Where I am
I'm based on Florida's Treasure Coast and work with businesses around Port St. Lucie & the Treasure Coast, Florida. Local matters for this kind of site: I know the area your customers are searching from.
The honest position
I'm early in building this service, and I say so plainly rather than dressing this site up as an established agency. What I offer in exchange: founding-client pricing, more attention per project than any volume shop can give, and a completely inspectable way of working. If you'd rather hire a big agency, that's a reasonable choice — but if you want a careful builder who treats your project as reputation-making work, that's exactly what this is.
